First Place Financial Corp. , the holding company for First Place Bank headquartered in Warren, Ohio, and Camco Financial Corporation , the holding company for Advantage Bank headquartered in Cambridge, Ohio, today announced that they have reached a definitive agreement for First Place to acquire Camco in a combination cash and stock merger transaction valued at $97.2 million.
